SMS Terms & Conditions — Tradd Outlet Text Alerts
Program. Tradd Outlet, operated by Tradd & Co. Auctioneers, LLC (Charleston, South Carolina), offers an optional SMS / text-message program. If you opt in, we send automated marketing and customer-care text messages, which may include: giveaway and contest updates, new-arrival and sale alerts, links to specific resale items you ask us about, and order and pickup-ready confirmations for items you purchase.
How to opt in. You subscribe by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default, on a Tradd Outlet form — including our giveaway entry page and tradd.co/text-alerts/. Consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase, order, giveaway entry, or service. If you do not opt in, you still receive all order and pickup information by email and phone.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us and current promotions.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Tradd Outlet does not charge for these messages.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at su*****@***dd.co or (843) 608-8435.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
