Everything we sell comes from real estate cleanouts across the South Carolina Lowcountry. We photograph it, list it, and get it sold — fast and fair — so families can move on and buyers can score a deal.
Tradd Outlet is operated by Tradd & Co. Auctioneers, LLC, founded in Charleston in 2026 by Hashim Williams, Founder & Owner, and is a licensed South Carolina retailer (SC Retail License #123119133).

We buy antiques, furniture, décor, and collectibles from estates — though our furniture warehouse is currently full, so for now we’re prioritizing smaller pieces like paintings, dishware, lamps, décor, and collectibles. Furniture buyouts will open back up as warehouse space becomes available.
