Registration

Buying is simple — enter your name and email at checkout and an account is created automatically, no separate signup step. A Buy Now purchase — or an offer we accept — is a binding agreement to purchase.

Payment

Invoices are due promptly after the sale. Applicable South Carolina sales tax may be added to the Buy-Now price.

Condition

All property is sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. Descriptions and photos are a guide, not warranties.

Viewing by appointment only

The photographs and condition notes on each listing are the description — review them, and ask any questions before you buy. A limited pre-purchase viewing is available by appointment only (see the Pickup Policy); outside of a scheduled visit, the listing photos are all you have to go on.

Pickup & removal

Items must be collected within the pickup window stated on the invoice, or shipped where available. Collection is the handover of a completed sale, not an approval step. Uncollected items may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture.

Final sale

All sales are final. No returns or refunds, except where required by law.
