This policy governs all local pickup transactions on Tradd Outlet.
Pickup Address Privacy
- Sellers must enter a full pickup address.
- The full address is hidden until after purchase.
- Before purchase, buyers see only city and general area.
Viewing By Appointment Only
- Pre-purchase viewing is by appointment only, during posted hours: Sunday 1-4pm, Monday 5-7pm, Tuesday 11am-3pm, Wednesday 5-7pm, Thursday 5-7pm, Friday 3-6pm, Saturday 10am-2pm.
- Call to schedule a visit. The pickup address is given only after the appointment is booked, or after purchase.
- Outside of a scheduled visit, the listing photos and condition notes are the item’s description.
Pickup Window
- Sellers must provide a reasonable pickup window.
- Buyers must arrive within the agreed timeframe.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and follow seller instructions.
- Check that you are collecting the correct lot.
- Bring appropriate help and transport for large items.
- Complete pickup promptly.
Collection Is Final
- Pickup is the handover of a completed sale, not an approval step.
- A sale cannot be declined or reversed at pickup.
Missed Pickup
- If a buyer fails to pick up, the seller may cancel the sale.
- Repeated missed pickups may result in buyer restrictions.
